I like falling asleep to German 19th century military march music playlists even though I am Slavic
Theyre very energetic but they actually make me feel so calm and content and bring me to sleep easily

I dont really look at the names of the songs because its all condensed into an hour or two hour playlist and I have multiple of them, then I put my phone away and just listen in bed
