I once held in my shit for a week and a half because we went abroad and my autistic self didn't want to shit in foreign toilets.
I ended up shitting tiny rabbit droppings on the toilet for days when I got home. Always felt full and I knew I was mega fucked so was forcing these little droppings out through hours of straining. Then one day the plug burst and it felt like I was giving birth through my ass. It was like a 3 course meal of shit. I would empty my rectum, then minutes later it would fill back up. I had to flush the toilet mid shit because I knew it would clog with such a gargantuan amount of poopoo
