I am almost lvl 97 mining and I have 90 smithing banked at motherlode mine in oldschool runescape on my ironman
Waow he's getting 99 mining and smithing on his ironman
>>85849463I'm a she, but whatever
After they added sailing as a skill, I deleted my account with 1000 hours. Many 90+ stats and I was playing since osrs released. All good things must come to an end, I guess.
how many hours total grinding, ngl this seems like a waste of life, at least play something popular on roblox
>>85849469sailing sucks but it's whatever i got it to like 63 ill get it to 99 because salvaging is pretty chill and then i can just get collection logs and forget about it>>85849473idk how many hours played i have never clicked the button to reveal it and idk if i want to
>>85849477As soon as sailing released, I sent an entire email tearing into the jagex staff and had my account suspended and then I pressed them harder and had my account completely deleted. I didn't even launch the game when they released it and I will never touch that game again. I genuinely hope some hyper autist goes and kills the entire staff team and destroys the servers.
>>85849467A feeeemale playing an ironman? Doubt.
>>85849544I'm a male she, I'm transgender.
>>85849549Now that I can believe! What other 99's do you have so far if any?
>>85849555I have 99 thieving and 99 woodcutting.I made my character last February.
>>85849559Very nice very nice. Are you trying to max and then do an UIM?
>>85849572I plan to max, I won't be doing an UIM thou
>>85849469It took you THIRTEEN YEARS to put in 1000 hours?! And you didn't even max?!?!
>>85849585What are you gonna do after max? Gonna collect all the pets? Play something else?
>>85849605Do slayer and clue scrolls forever, I guess.
>>85849633I never like clue scrolls. They're good for snowflakes to get gear but as actual content I think they're boring.
>>85849662I think they're fun!
>>85849694Damn that's a lot of clues. Well if you like it they'll certainly give many hours of playtime.
I put so much of my life into this game. It's somehow both my happy place and also how I run away from pain so in a way thinking about it has become painful. Still just a cheesecape, the 99s don't mean shit because I'm playing with two or three alts at the same time. I don't know. If you like osrs you are a beautiful person but there's a million horrible things wrong with you.
>>85849413>I am almost lvl 97 mining and I have 90 smithing banked at motherlode mine in oldschool runescape on my ironman92 is half way there, 50% male, 50% female, 100% fabulous
i first played in the beta in 1999 into the runescape beta in 2000, but never maxed until 2020 when I finally got 2898. Still no quest cape or anything, but the whole point was solely when the dude reset my account (it has a unix timestamp of zero, so it's dated 1st january 1970) with a memset command that non-jmods weren't even supposed to have access to due to a bug, he said "you'll never max without cheating."The jmod I spoke to who unbanned me and restored my account by hand (byte by byte in hex) I argued in support of AFK compatible mechanisms to prevent needing to tick-sync and a ton of other topics. They implemented all that stuff in the original game.>t: classic cape
I only made it to 6.5 trillion before they added necromancy and whatever - I got the 99 cape in bench sitting but never played after that although you start on level 1, so my base level is like 2899 now or something, plus the mining level 109 or whatever which added some more levels from virtual to real base without me needing to do anything.
When cheddar brain memset(0) my account, it had 24 party hats of various colors in the bank I picked up in 2005 when people were throwing them on the ground.
kill yourself tranner. Or better yet be more vocal and in the world and let someone else do it for you.
>>85849595>It took you THIRTEEN YEARS to put in 1000 hours?! And you didn't even max?!?!That's true, there are 365 days in a year, so assuming you can only pull four to five 18 hour days per week on average that gives at least like 100 hours per week. Since there are 52 weeks per year you really ought to be approximating 5200 hours annually at peak rates.
>>85849662>I never like clue scrolls. The only point of them is for the cluescroll collections for completionist's capes. They're not really even worth the time required for the rewards alone. They were semi-worthwhile when they were added in like 2007 or whatever before bossing even existed. Raw hourly profit rates are way different today due to all the added content versus early 2k original/classic.
red:wave2:@@@@@@@@@@@@ COAL AND IRON ORE @ VARROCK MINE @@@@@@@@@@@@https://youtu.be/TNwxv6TgsuU
Hi fellow osrs iron I am currently cutting yews at seers village for forestry
i'm in red prison on my iron so i play other games now to not lose interest and go insane lol
>>85851358I only have 17kc CG on my ironI keep putting it offHope you get lucky soon anon!
>>85851171Kek>>85851211I only am interested in snowflake accounts and ironmen so profit on the GE doesn't mean much to me. The clue scrolls are cool for onechunk and area locked accounts but annoying as fuck to do.
>>85851457Back in the day I just smelted all my ores for 99 mining/smithing and sold the armors to NPCs. You had to hourly or every 12 hours or something only dump some limited number of each item or the NPC price would drop automatically due to the "supply & demand model". The classic game in 2005 - 2009 was hilarious.
Back then, that was like when scimitars were newly added and we used to just camp behind Varrock castle in the SINGLE BEST WOODCUTTING LOT OF ALL TIME FUCK YEAAAAH... golden age boys and girls, it seems like fantasy looking back on it now but it was real, I was there in the thick of it behind Varrock castle with the greats long prior to the penguin cataclysm when the world ended. https://youtu.be/NXqRuSC9ZJs
