Went to gym after a awhile and now I have been bedridden for two days. Headache, nausea, hot&cold flushes and such. Muscles also hurt obv but thats expected. But I didn't even do anything particularly hard, and never had anything like it before. Am I finally gonna die or get disabled from being a weak fatty? There is no fever so it's not viral.
