Is it bad that I tried scraping off rust off my pipes (which took out off some black coating idk what that was) using the greem part of a sponge and bleach?

Scraping rust off the pipes isn't going to do anything productive
I mean you will have less visible rust i guess, but the underlying problem remains and your pipes are now weaker. Probably not bad you scraped it but it's bad that your pipes are like that at all.
