are you a conformist?
>>
>>85886408
>are you a conformist?
yes
>>
Very few people have fought the world and won.
>>
>>85886408
Neither, the question itself is built upon the assumption of A or B being the only options. OP is low iq.
>>
>>85886408
i let morality guide me, not the masses.
but in practice there's always some level of conformity.
>>
>>85886594
"moralfags" are performative retards, not people with actual morals
>>
>>85886408
Beign a conformist=being moral unless you do some non conforming shit behind people's back
>>
>>85886408
i've noticed conformists often like to convince themselves they're the bottom one
>>
>>85886425
you don't have to win to be moral.
>>
>>85886408
im neither, i do wrong because no one else does it
>>
>>85886408
Yeah, in order to be "moral" you need to have strong sence of what's good and evil but i don't. The thing is you need to take the time to educate yourself on a subject matter before you can then determine what's right and wrong. If you don't do it that way then you're a conformist.
>>
>>85886408
Absolutely, if I don't understand why everyone else is doing something it's usually turned out to just be a lack of experience
>>
>>85886408
The only rule I ever followed was contrarianism
>>
Being "right" is subjective. What matters is staying true to your own morals, integrity. The moment you allow others to determine what your morals are, you've already conformed to what someone else believes
>>
>>85886408
I find that if I state an opinion confidently enough people just kinda conform to me or at least start searching for justifications for me or nodding along and saying I get it I can see it even if they were saying the exact opposite before.
Most people don't care enough to discuss anything in a group setting seriously, so they just take the path of least resistance so they can dip.

>Very few people have fought the world and won.
they are the most based of all
>>
>>85886709
found the cattle right here guys
>>
>>85887651
true, but that is growing up in general. when youre a kid you can only follow your parents.
>>
>>85887768
Even as an adult there will be a lot that you don't know. Now a humble man can say "hey i don't know enough about this subject matter and i don't know what the right thing to do is" while other people will suddenly act like experts on everything.
>>
>>85886408
Morality is 100% subjective. My beliefs are far too extreme and out there for me to be a conformist.

I'm Camus's idea of a rebel and Alan Moore's idea of an anarchist.
Basically a shithead.

>Be "moral", doing what's right
>Get killed by the collective
>Not "moral" anymore
Welp.

Morality is a spook. I'm doing what I want.
>>
>>85886408
I don't fit cleanly into either category
>>
>>85886408
Yes and no. I don't strive towards embodying any kind of ideal. I simply want what I want, and it doesn't matter to me whether my desires are objectively good or bad even if I can recognize them as such.

I am trying to turn myself into a saint but i keep accodentally messing up and becoming a genocidal maniac and i have to start all over again
