There's a reason people become fat and that reason is the intake of a copious number of calories along with a level of exercise that isn't enough to burn those calories away. Just because a fatty burns 50 calories eating a meal it doesn't offset the other 5000 calories they've eaten. The cure for the obesity epidemic is simply smaller portion sizes but fat people seem to think they'll wither up and blow away if they eat 6 McNuggets instead of a 20pc along with a side or two and a diet coke.
