I can't shake the feeling that my puter is hacked, even if I reinstall the OS. I had a lot of viruses before. I haven't logged into any of my emails because of this. I don't even want to log into my wifi.

completely wipe the disk from scratch and install a new OS on itrootkits of the type you're talking about basically don't exist anymore. in theory some crazy intelligence agency could do something but in that case they're just spying on you with cameras and other things too so it doesn't matter. also there's 0% chance they're doing that unless you like talk to terrorists/extremists
