its trial and error you syhould buy a big pack of mellos and have them slightly orange/caramel on the sides and if they start catching fire just blow on it and if its just one part on burnt its alright it doesnt taste bad
unless youre a freak and you remove the toasted coat to eat the gooey part. waste of a mallo
