You can make games without flash....I think about chaotic strategy game where users build bases, extract resources and fight each others constantly. Each resource or enemy kill gives you a point and after lost of all your units your score ends up on a global score board. If you want your settlement to survive while you online you have to build it good. Meaning efficiently assigning soldier roles to you strongest units and making sure your borders are strong.Very bare bones version of dwarf fortress with multiplayer and constantly alive world even when you offline
