>>
>>13157685
jo that looks sick actually brb i will smoku real quick
>>
idk how to use it at all, never tried, just throwing ideas out
>>
>>13157687
it pretty simplel you need to define a layer wich you will "sculpt" in then you set parameters to the shapes on top of the other thingys n such 1 week of YouTube turtorials and you are ready to go
im not an expert either but the most things you can do in basic shapes if you want to make stuff like a sword for with lots of details in it you better go for blender but then i would reccommend an resin printer because the stuff comes out cleaner and without the lines, but i didnt want to mess around with some liquid stuff so i took my fingers off that
>>
>>13157696
I'll have a look at freecad yeah. How strong is the stuff yours prints, is it fairly solid or bendy, looks like it makes a lattice inside
>>
File: pring.png (4 KB, 629x376)
4 KB PNG
Just thinking if its kinda flexy you could do the supports like triangle from the side, would bemore resistant than a pole
>>
File: lole1111.png (871 KB, 2524x1380)
871 KB PNG
>>13157699
oh you import the STL file into the slicer software and then you can add a filling there, there are multiplel shapes you can choose from
>>
it kind of depends on the material you are using i almost only use PETG for everything because its easy to print and has more uhhh stiffness and can handlel more heat and sunlight n stuff before it breaks down, they are pretty solid not super strong but you can put quite a lot of force on the stuff
wait i have a fail print of a Metin 2 sword where the supports are fugged up because i messed in with this in the setting maby i can find it then i can show you a bent with a PETG look through filament
>>

>>13157623
Oh okay, so like a horizontal holder, based
>>

sadly it's a bit warped lets see if thats still okay wehn the Ayaneo sits in it
>>
>>13156156
How to learn FreeCAD?
I am fluent in using Blender but I'm thinking about buying a filament printer and starting designing stuff
>>
>>13157756
How did you learn blender
>>
>>13157756
i did it through Youtube videos there are lots of tutorials you can watch
and if you can use blender you will get used to it very quickly blender is hard imo
>>
i failed life lole

its not pretty but it works
