Hello esfores. It's Day 10 if the September Flube Break, which means we are now ONE THIRD of the way through the month! Yesterday was a lot better. Even though it started out kind of rocky and high stress, it was the people near and dear to me that helped me out of the situation. My body is still adjusting to the lack of Flube, so I've actually had a pretty elevated heartrate since I've started. Without going too deep into my health, basically, it seems like Flube unironically was helping me keep my blood pressure down (because I was so relaxed all the time, I suppose). Since I started the Flube break, I noticed that my body doesn't react very well to stress at all, whether it be physically or mentally. I didn't mention it, but when I went for my run the other day, my heartrate was extremely high despite going much slower than my usual pace and I felt extremely nauseous (though this may have been because it was during the time I wasn't eating properly). Anyhow, I'm going to refrain from anything cardiovascular for a while and focus on strength training instead. (1/2)Your fortune: Average Luck
>>13173085As a result of my increased resting heartrate, high blood pressure, and putting up with several stressors in my life at the same time, I resorted to a bit of meditation and chicken noodle soup for comfort, which helped. What helped the most though was the people near and dear to me who gave me the support I needed. The crown goes to my girl, who listened to my woes and kept me company throughout the day as I tackled my problems, then my sister who helped relieve me of one of my responsibilities that I had to do for our mother who also gave me some advice (she also knows about the Flube break) of things I can take instead to relieve myself of stress (broad-spectrum CBD, magnesium, non-herbal tea), and my manager who realized I needed a lot more support and swooped in to save the day. Thanks to them, I was able to catch up and everything and spend the rest of the day after work calming down. I got myself some Raising Cane's for dinner, got started on something for a personal project, and spent some time trying to secure a Nintendo Switch 2 Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition (I'm still trying). So I suppose the moral of today's story is; it's important to have a strong support system to help you out in times of need, and in return, it's important to be there for them too! (2/20

>>13173134>chocolate drinkFunny you mention that. Some weeks ago I was in the mood for chocolate milk and bought a big tub of chocolate milk powder to keep at home for such cravings. I may have a glass today. Thanks for checking in Xiao

Sounds like you are on the upswing Anon-kun!Glad to hear it!On the subject of the heart-rate. I find that when you kick flube for the first few months your heart and BP will be in a sort of shock. Happens to me all the time when I stop flube too cold. I think the flubeanoid receptors go a little shiggy diggy and that makes things electromagnetically off a little within my're system. Its totally normal, you came crashing down a little too hard. But it isnt anything to worry about. Don't try and exacerbate this with crazy cardio, it doesnt help. Rest rest rest, that is the key and detoxing with as many antioxidants as you can and be patient.Day 7 here. Killing and grilling like swaglord at le beebeequeue. My teeth feel gritty and I want to go lay down. :^)

>>13173355>detoxing with as many antioxidants as you can and be patient.I didn't consider doing this. At this point I'm pretty certain on keeping it to just the very special occasions, so perhaps a true detox would be good since I'll likely be going months at a time without Flube going forward. Thanks for the advice and enjoy the barbecue, WISH I WAS HAVING ONE!!!
