I've learned a video from China that the tree should be different and saparated here and there. Otherwise a single disease/pest can kill the 1 type tree in one go. It should be diverse and you need to care for them early on, by watering. The practical part is that like I said consumes a lot of your energy, time, resources.The change starts from you to your surrounding society.
