erm this tea was supposed to be made with 192 degree water and steeped for 2 minutes 46 seconds....but my thermometer said it was 199 degrees and I timed your steep time at 2 minutes 48 seconds...the taste is ruined and I want a refund

um which teas are good and what is the best tea?
i think english breakfast is gross bitter garbage and so is darjeeling. earl gray has a nice unique flavor but too bitter still. green tea is my favorite, but i also like white tea because its even less bitter

I really like Tulsi, or a good loose leaf black tea. The quality of the particular tea matters hugely so don't write off a style after trying it just once!
