basically every episode centers around a different person from an austrian town having certain health issues and getting diagnosed by Dr. Martin Gruber
There are also some other central themes around the Gruber family and friends
The main plot point from the first season was that Martin Gruber came back to his family home after working in the US for many years where his brother Hans, mom, and brother's daughter Lili lived but it turned out that Lili was actually biological daughter of Martin because Lili's mother cheated on Hans before Martin left and Lili's mother died shortly after giving birth to Lili
Gruber must have diagnosed every single person from that town at this point considering how many episodes this show has lole
