I took some methylphenidate a few times back in august and I still feel high from it. My motivation hasn't decreased, I feel energized and jittery, and I sleep less than half of the hours I used to (went from 13 hours a day to 6 hours a day). Everyone tells me it's impossible, that it only lasts a few hours, and true, after a few hours the effects lessen, but they never go back to how it was beforeDoctors say I'm lying. What's going on?
>>16980163Your ADHD is cured. Congratulations.
>>16980179I never had ADHD. The doctor prescribed it for motivation, I was extremely depressed back then
>>16980183>The doctor prescribed it for motivation>>16980163>My motivation hasn't decreasedSounds like you're cured.
>>16980163Just a guess, but it possibly triggered underlying bipolar disorder and you have been in a manic state ever since
>>16980163>Everyone tells me it's impossible, that it only lasts a few hoursThey're dumb. It can cause epigenetic changes that last for months after you stop taking it, and neural rewiring that lasts potentially forever.
>>16980378I was completely depressed for years, and now I've been completely manic for half a year? something doen't add up>>16980186A cure that you don't understand how it works may stop working or even kill you>>16981015Sources please. Everyone says it's impossible, even online
>>16981019mania can last over 6 months and if you are intelligent enough you won't do all the crazy ass shit that maniacs do so you don't actually appear manic other than the energy, euphoria, and less sleep. A good way to confirm it is if anyone you are directly related to has bipolar
>>16981019Literally just google "epigenetics methylphenidate" and pick any of the journal links
>>16981066also "neural rewiring methylphenidate"It's all fairly new but studied by many teams
>>16981019>A cure that you don't understand how it works may stop working or even kill youRetard tier take.
>>16980163ADHD meds temporarily rewire your thoughts to normie standards. You can train yourself to permanently think this way, since you've now been shown which thoughts to ignore and which to pay attention to. No clue why that is, it's all mere experience.
>>16981997Most retarded take on amphetamines I've ever heard. Yeah, they just programmed the pill to make you think generic thoughts.
Seems like you just needed a little pickmeup
