I took some methylphenidate a few times back in august and I still feel high from it. My motivation hasn't decreased, I feel energized and jittery, and I sleep less than half of the hours I used to (went from 13 hours a day to 6 hours a day). Everyone tells me it's impossible, that it only lasts a few hours, and true, after a few hours the effects lessen, but they never go back to how it was before
Doctors say I'm lying. What's going on?

They're dumb. It can cause epigenetic changes that last for months after you stop taking it, and neural rewiring that lasts potentially forever.
