When will we find a cure for a cancer with a 100% cure rate? Whats the closest we have right now? Certain prostate cancer treatments?

We already found it. Thoroughly excising all the tumorous tissue (and its surroundings to be extra sure) has a 100% cure rate. It's just not necessarily the ideal treatment for most cancers.

Simply chop off the head. It is now cancer-free, well mostly, hopefully. The rest of the body is mere baggage. This may result in death but the cancer will also die.
