How do we deal with underdetermination?
>>
I don't give a shit about this
>>
>>16986483
So how can you have certain knowledge about scientific theories then?
>>
So much so it can require faith.
>>
>>16986480
I prefer to deal with real problems
>>
>>16986489
So science requires faith?

Faith requires a bit of logic, not the full amount, per matter to mass.
>>
>>16986493
So I need to have faith to believe in scientific theories?
>>
>>16986496
No, you've completely avoided the point because you're being dumb on purpose.
>>
>>16986496
(I've got the power to put you in hell, and am doing that- whatever way the status quo goes today, you will suffer greatly, and I'll have the last laugh).
>>
>>16986498
So how do I know if a scientific theory is true if there is another theory out there with equal explanatory value?
>>
>>16986501
Whatever you just said was dumb. Try a different thing completely.
>>
>>16986485
I don't care about that either, it doesn't matter
>>
if you make sufficient changes to the rest of s, at some point it ceases to become s lmao, you are trying to define s while saying you are allowed to change it, but not specifying how or up to which point

wiff constraints

Nobody gives a fuck about your philosophy pseud garbage.
>REEE REEE YOU CANT KNOW ANYTHING LOOK HOW DEEP AND SMART I AM REE REEEEE
What the fuck has philosophy ever done for mankind? Nothing faggot. Science got us to the moon faggot not mental masturbation. Kys.
>>
>>16987419
Just focus on the fact you got one of the best jumps for the most powerful/expensive civilization.
>>
>>16987419
You're retarded.

Philosophy gave you science.
Philosophy seeks to understand who we are, since we are apart of this world it also seeks to understand nature, science is a tool to dissect nature.

A dead, dissected animal can only tell you so much about it's nature. It turns into the Mary's room thought experiment.

Since science has forsaken Philosophy, it can no longer be known as science if it doesnt hold ontological referent.

The reconciliation between Philosophy & science must be made, since currently the scientific tail is wagging the philosophical dog...

If we carry on teaching people that the tail wags the dog, instead of the otherwise round, their will be consequences to how people think, such as people believing they were born in the wrong body, which thens results in a debt to society now burdened by a mad man.
>>
Any bets on how many philosophers are trans...

Trans philosophy is a rapidly growing field of study led by academics and theorists exploring the intersections of gender identity, oppression, and lived experience. Notable figures include Talia Mae Bettcher (California State University), Sophie Grace Chappell (The Open University), and Abigail Thorn.

Oh look... women are behind it all, I bet they're all feminists aswell.

How poetic that a philosophy possits that only women can be beautiful is lead by women...
I am not gay, but within the theory of forms, men can also be beauty without being gay.

They are trying to blend the 3 types of love (Agape,Eros,Philia) into one, and deny the existence of other types of love.
>>
>>16988767
>Trans philosophy
Is a dead end, a branch that bears no fruit.
From philosophy has sprouted the delusion of sciences supremacy, that has in turn rotted all the way back down the twig of science and infected the branch of philosophy with dead end philosophies that should be cut off, much like the poor man who is deluded enought to cut off his penis.
>>

>born in the wrong body
The spirit comes from the body, it doesn't possess the body, ergo you can not be in the wrong body.
>>
>>16986480
If and only if the determinants and determination are bracketed in an information field then the underdeterminants and the underdetermination and the underdeterminationality were potentially also variable to context of that information field
