Why are black women bald? not a meme question, there is actually a mutli-billion dollar wig industry in countries with black populations because women face significant hair loss. African tribes like the masaai and hadza have women with little hair on the head

I'm pretty sure black women do face more baldness, but that is not why they wear wigs. Afro hair is hard to manage and thus often kept short + black men (at least in america) prefer straighter hair.
