4 Magnesium Glycinate pill from Thorne Supplements and 1 Crash + Reboot pill from Bright Brain Supplements makes 4 hours of sleep feel like 6. What is the science behind this?
>>17000903drugs make you cool
>>17000934Supplements, not drugs
>>17000903Your diet suxx and you are malnourished.
>>17001052This is literally OP flexing that he eats like shit and is probably 300+lbs
>>17001052>>17001055>>17000903this shit is common after covid
>>17001057Not everything wrong with society is COVID related you stupid swine
>>17001058>ppl get the spicy flu>lots of stress and neurotic behavior encouraged and sometimes forced by government and the news>people use up their already stretched micronutrient reserves faster for a while>nothing to compensate for this>meanwhile the cheapest food keeps getting lower grade
>>17001061This is an issue stemming from agricultural issues that are only going to get worse. It's only indirectly related to covid in that it caused global inflation to massively increase in a short amount of time. Also this isn't as much of a problem for European and Asian countries as it is the USA
>>17001064That's why I added that last line, yes. Here in Europe it's definitely also an ongoing problem, I eat the "organic tax" to deal with it personally.
>>17001058cool strawman chud
Why does everyone think my diet is bad? Does no one else use sleep supplements?
>>17001068It's an observation you knuckle dragger. People seem to be basing everything wrong in the world now on COVID. When in reality it's a natural consequence of the path the majority of humanity has been following despite warnings.
>>17001070Because if you had a fairly healthy diet you would already be hitting your vitamin and nutrient goal
>>17001072Magnesium glycine and the crash/reboot has stuff that most diets will never contain. Which is why they are supplements
What diet contains this stuff to this amount?
>>17001081Probably a low amount but why do you need it to that amount anon?
>>17001084When I was 16 I had a sudden and severe bout of insomnia come over me. I basically slept 3 hours a night for the next two years. I want the absolute best quality of sleep now. I doubt I will ever recover that sleep debt, but ya know, I'll still try.
>>17001080Maybe "most" diets are kinda shit for sleep quality then. Like not such great diets, which could use improvement.
Oh, I'll add something actually productive:Start tapering this stuff right away, and find a plateau where the effect is real subtle, but noticeable. That's the tl;dr.Then you can get an impression of what a better diet would have as an effect. The point of a good diet is that in the longer term, your health is better and more firmly supported. What you are talking about is a medicinal product, for temporary use and not intended as a substitute for day-to-day nutritional quality. It may be helpful to catch up on a deficit for a few weeks or months, but if you keep taking this much daily it will function more as a dependency-forming intoxicant than as nutrition. Unless of course, there is a logistical problem with finding better nutrition quick, and then you can use it at a lower dosage as cope for a degree of malnutrition. Kinda like in a zombie movie, where people eat gross stuff from cans to not starve.
