One psychiatrist saw me for like one session and said I was a paranoid schizophrenic straight off the bat. He said I had signs of pica, persistent paranoia, and delusions. I’ve not been able to overturn the diagnosis and every second opinion I got was that I had schizophrenia. But it’s now seen as psychotic spectrum disorder (schizophrenia), rather than paranoid schizophrenia as such.
