When will humans visit Mars? Is it actually doable?
>>17002915>When will humans visit Mars?Never, unless another dick waving contest between the usa/china starts. There's no scientific or other reason to send a human there.Sending humans to space is an antiquated concept in the era of drones and robots.>Is it actually doable?Of course it is. Just extremely retarded!Get used to the idea of humans never having a colony anywhere on space. No Mars colony. No Moon colony. No asteroid mining. All of these are capeshit fantasies meant to take advantage of your science illiteracy. Here's your fell for it again award.
They make to mars in next x decades. I've already have multiple jumps to people in the future that are going/or there. It's a fools journey and they are experimenting on people like living with labs rats. One jump I was in a man mind and we checked out this girl in one of habitats while she was on the phone to Earth. I could make out her life and parents and she secretly thought about what it would take to be sexual with us. I then had multiple connections with her over the coming weeks and I could make out in real time she was arriving to Earth from space now.
>>170029152030s to early 2040s. spacex getting there in the late 2030s is the current conservative estimate, with early 2030s being the optimistic timeline. there are just too many unknowns to make an accurate prediction though. i'd lean towards the late 2030s though since the democrats are likely to try and cause as much damage to spacex as they can whenever they come back into power.
>>17002915How are the astronauts in their long trip (like three quarters of a year, each way, roughly) going to avoid radiation damage from both the sun and from cosmic rays?
>>17002919The AI was talking about literal Mars architecture
>>17002954I like how this is supposed to take place in the far future, yet people are wearing today's clothes. It's like one of those 19th century drawing of the future, where women in victorian dresses are riding planes.
>>17002915Space is fake and gay
>>17002915It would have been doable decades ago if we didn't pussy out on nuclear pulse technology. Meh, we'll handcranck it in a few decades with chemical and electric.Buuuut, as >>17002919 says, it is a bit useless. In the long run, if we survive the next 100-200 years of demographic collapse, and radically reverse it (unlikely btw, this is likely the great filter), the future of humanity is making mobile megastructures, not colonizing bare rocks with little gravity.
>>17002915For people who arent doing that, never. For people who are doing that, the chances lie in their own capability and the capability of others who aren't doing that but might or might not block the people who are doing that
>>17002945m8 if you haven't realized that SpaceX is never going to independently do anything cool then you're just dumb. SpaceX is a logistics company and only exists to make money dumping other people's stuff into orbit as quickly and cheaply as possible. It's a piece of the puzzle but only in the same way that any random corporation would probably be screwed if FedEx suddenly went bankrupt.Doing cool stuff beyond Earth orbit is insanely expensive and unprofitable which is why the best they've even attempted is yeeting a car in the general direction of Mars for a dumb publicity stunt. Without world-shattering technological breakthroughs only governments have the necessary money and financial irresponsibility, and then only in the service of winning some dumb international pissing contest.
>>17002915>When will humans visit m'arse? Is it actually doable?just make yourself an account on grinder, and you can have a bus load of people visiting y'arse, y'limey poofta'.
>>17002915>Earth return infrastructureIn the highly unlikely event a person is ever sent off on a rocket to Mars, rest assured it will be a one-way trip.
>>17003790Lol load him up in the fake rocket incinerator booth! He's going to go get some candy bars!
>>17002919>There's no scientific or other reason to send a human there.Giant faggot detected. If everyone thought like you, nothing would ever be achieved.

>>17003955space colonization has nothing to do with capeshit or anything else reddit. You are just a horribly jaded nihilist
