The hard problem of consciousness has already been solved, many just refuse to believe the truth in front of their eyes. Sad.

>>17005771>>17005772Empirical sciences fail to answer problems such as this or the search for a theory of everything. To ‘prove’ a model right, one would have to find a data point contrary to what is being proposed. When it comes to theories that seek to explain all phenomena, then none (by definition) would exist. The same goes for the hard problem of consciousness. One can (self-)report on correlations between states of consciousness and brain activity, but since consciousness itself is what is being studied, one can’t disprove others’ consciousness since others’ consciousness (or lack of) is inherently inaccessible to observation.
