MMS chlorine dioxide is the best thing out there currently. Highly selective oxidizer that targets pathogens and toxins while ignoring healthy tissue (at correct protocol doses). Also releases oxygen at the reaction site aiding healing. No negative side effects with the exception of Herxheimer reaction which is why binders like zeolite and charcoal must be taken alongside with severe cases.
