2d to 3d rendering. Technical illustrators and modelers think they are big shit, but still cannot, in 2026, project a simple 3d object, like a girl's dress, on a flat plane and make it match. The palm tree branch is supposed to continue on the other side of the seam, but it doesn't. Why, retards?

Psychology. The methodology simply does not meet the rigor of the scientific method. I don't blame them, as there's no sufficent understanding of the mind nor the tech necessary to study it scientifically, but they should admit it's protoscientific at best, much like natural philosophy used to be.
