Anyways, from my understanding, you have to take this stuff with HPBCD and-or Bioperine. Most of it actually already has HPBCD in it and the ratio kind of fucks it up because companies advertise it as having 100mg of ecdysterone but it's actually only like 6mg and the rest is HPBCD. So, in order to get any sort of potency, you have to take like 8 pills of it in a day.

Unless it's serious shit from Amsterdam or Nepal, most of it is way too packed with its solubility agent. Also, you run the risk of getting some Ma huang thrown in.
