Diagnosed with psychotic depression and was put on Zoloft. Had my first psychotic episode last year in August and I'm now recovering from another, milder one.
Am I fucked forever in a cycle of relapse and recovery? Doctor didn't say anything but he'll probably put me on antipsychotics later and I'm afraid of the side effects like weight gain.
