If it's stressing you out then I suggest you need to take a step back and try to "enjoy the process". Appreciate what you like about what you have learned. Write/draw a graph or something you like and stick it on the wall, or whatever. If your study is stressing you out it will eventually become difficult to continue.

It's almost impossible to fail a business class and it would be just as useful, if not better than physics for my career (that's how it works here in Brazil) unless I went for a very technical area. I will see how I do this semester and then decide if I continue in physics or not.
