You can see it all across China where construction companies built thousands of unusable broken turd buildings so investors could purchase the unusable rooms. agreed, i like any high and flat looking building, they reallyt fit newyork and makes city looks alive, like they are regular in their structure and chaotic as the group of skyscrapers. The same can be seen in the living organisms, you have specimens which look all the same inside a species and species are different. Or organs and body fibres which are built regularly but the whole organism is fucking chaotic, so fun! The cities look to me this way.

Developers form multiple shell companies to pass profits to the developers and shield them from liability which is passed to the suckes who buy the aprtments.
