what kind of granite/marble do you think we might find on other planets?

Granite would be found on any planet with a tectonic cycle. Marble would probably also require life to purify calcium carbonate.

Mostly the same. The metallicity of the planet would effect the abundance of the fancy ones, gravity would pull heavy elements out or leave them into the crust and if it has life determines if there's limestones and such but other than that it would basically be the same 5 variations of oxygen, silicon and aluminum.
