I'm studying nearly 14 hours of math everyday since the past month.I'm trying to study 20 hours everyday instead of 14.The problem is I can't focus more than 14 hours.I need something that could boost my cognitive performance.I literally drink 4 cans of monsters everyday and it started to taste like shit.Anyone have any ideas about what else can I use instead of shitty energy drinks?
Just kys and reroll your stats.
>>17036739If you are genuinely doing that much studying you are failing because you aren't resting. You need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night to do good studying. Not taking breaks reduces your ability to digest the content. Just spamming information into your brain only works if you are purely memorizing information. If you want to do math you need to take measured breaks. Also stop drinking energy drinks, it's a terrible crutch and go work out, it's far better for cognitive performance. Eat well too. Vitamin B if you are deficient which you probably are
math, not even once
>>17036739Modafinil will help you achieve this, but you will inevitably come out worse than studying say 6-10 hours a day and getting sufficient rest
>>17036739Read books written by autistic people who were obsessed with intellectual pursuits like Emmanuel Kant, Ramanujan, Galois, Von Neumann, and Dirac

>>17036772>books written by Galois and Von Neumann
>>17036739amphetamines & nicotine
>>17036755This. If you want to learn you should study for fun not as if you were at gunpoint
>>17036739Reduce sugar intake, switch to tea, preferably Japanese green tea.
>>17037503stimulants only provide a temporary boost, when they wear off you are slower and cognitively impaired for a whileI think exercise is the best thing most people have access to and actually improves thinking ability. brain O2 level goes up during exercise, bdnf remodels synapses, and neurotransmitter production ramps up, triggered by exercise

Fucking nerd. No. Read up on the different types of intelligence. There are some things that can make you focus for longer but you are already doing way too much. You aren't learning as well as you think you are by the sounds of it. You aren't even leaving yourself time to creatively think about some of the stuff you are learning. Take more breaks. Do some creative things. Then get back to it.
>>17036739Take a nap in the middle somewhere guarantee you'll get better results. If you optimize your sleep you'll remember better which means you'll need to study less too.
NAC is pretty good.
