>calls his company Tesla
>is actually modern Edison
What the fuck is this guys problem?
>>
So he's actually extremely important and not just some overrated sperg fake underdog for redditors to jack off to?

>drug addict relying on government gibs
sad
>>17037818
He's a one man India; colonizing mars in two more years

More like a modern Baily to Trump's PT Barnum.

He's not the founder of Tesla. He bought it from two real engineers
>>
>>17037865
What did he buy?
>>
>>17037873
Tesla
>>
>>17037874
Huh? He bought a car that wasnt made until 6 years later?

Don't reply to me again, Elon

It's funny how progs slobbered over this guy's dick until he bought facebook, resulting in friendly fire when they started to attack tesla cars.

is that a roadster that was produced in the factory Musk bought and paid for and built? what did they "found" as a company? what did musk "buy" as something material from them?

It's pretty obvious even the recent studies are lowballing the figure
>>
>>17037865
The was their first investor and put like 80% of their funding. He only took over the company when it was clear that the two founders were lazy hippies who would never be able to actually ship a car.

1: one single incident and the diagnosis is clear? Alternatively, there are too many pop psychologists here
2: exaggerations but he does get there in the end. Not sure how this can be painted as manipulative, unless he fired you.
3: a leader has to take risks, for the alternatives, see the entire German car industry.
4: often? And how often does he show up where he is not wanted?
5 and 6: how does charisma relate to sociopathy?

>>
>>17037813
That’s an insult to Edison.

>>17037819
I think he has toned back the Mars stuff. Robotics is advancing so fast it's gonna be easier, faster and cheaper to put robots on pretty much every planet. We will see humans in space full time but there are too many challenges that need to be solved to have people living on other planets at this moment in time.
>>
>>17037818
He is not important at all.
He could vanish into nothing and nobody would notice because he doesn't do anything of value for society.

More like its sped up. They have a trillion dollar/year revenue in the coming years. Thats Mar funding secured. Before that there was no plan, no funding, no mechanism. Now starlink + AI + teslabot + funding + starship coming online. Falcon 9 would never be able to do mars colony missions.

You and others have it reversed. Back then = Pipe dream. Right now = real mechanism
>>
Pajeets will literally always be Elon's smelliest soldiers
>>
Why havent anyone answered. What did Musk buy materially?
>>
>>17039161
>most honest and least seething leftoid when musk is mentioned
>>
>>17039268
Not sure what is hard to understand here. He bought enough shares in companies to obtain a controlling position. Then he poured a lot of money into these companies.

He is building a conglomerate, which is unfashionable in the West these days, see >>17037993 as one example of the comments that are typical. When Steve Jobs ended one product line to focus on the next, it was declared a stroke of genius in the form of creative destruction. When Elon does the same, the loony left goes bananas.
>>
>>17039279
How many shares did he buy?
>>
>>17037818
Plebbit hates muskrat's guts though
>>
>>17037818
Its more likely you're reddit
>>
>>17039172
The logistics of putting someone on a shit hole like Mars make no sense other than for marketing. You cannot have kids, have to be pretty much vegan, likely never come back to earth, won't be able to do much on the surface.

Way easier to send robots to dig and extract whatever they can and find a better planet.
