If pi at some point contains an infinite number of 0s it is rational
this is true not just in base 10, but base 1, 2, 11, etc
there are an infinite number of bases, so eventually one will exist where pi ends in an infinite number of 0
since the digits of pi are random, is is guaranteed to happen.

Therefore its decimal expansion is guaranteed to not repeat.
