The CMB was emitted after only about 400,000 years. Before then light couldn't propagate, so we cannot see back further. It's maybe possible to see further back with gravitational waves or neutrinos, but not currently.

No because the wavelength is the size of the entire universe, so you'd need a telescope the size of the entire universe to see it
