Spontaneous symmetry breaking in parity was necessary for matter to dominate over antimatter in positive time so that you could observe it and make this thread. Maybe there's an antimatter version of you in negative time jerking themselves off to this very idea to prove to you that parity isn't the only thing that gets violated in the universe.
