The proof is in how people of similar personalities look so different in OPS (Objective Personality System). It's an extended MBTI (yeah that thing where retards take a shitty online quiz and boast "yusss I am INFJ I ammm so speciallll" -- they always go for) but done with a more rigorous approach. They noticed more binaries (regular MBTI has 4, so 16 types. OPS has 9, hence 512 types) and discovered that at that level of granularity, they're finding people of the same 512-type just look alike, see picrel. (Where also, turns out being gay clusters in just a few types also. Mainly the more feminine types of men, and masculine types of women.)

They (the couple in the top-left who made it) just watched videos of people and independently typed them until they could consistently get the same result. They claim that they get the same result about 90% of the time, which statistically implies they both get the same "coin" (a binary) about 98% of the time.
This is basically proof that what they're seeing isn't a normal distribution (or there would be too many people in the exact middle who could get lumped in either way) but an actual binary in people's brain wiring.

OPS: FM Te/Ni BP/S(C) (one of 32 types of ENTJ)

FM = feminine perception, masculine decider (as opposed to MM, MF and those gaybois in the pic who are all FF)
Te/Ni = cognitive functions (same as in MBTI but a type can 'jump' and prefer the 3rd over the 2nd. e.g. Te/Se, is a sensor despite being an ENTJ.)
