What do I do to avoid slaughterhouse? Not everyone will receive basic universal income. Medicine?

Medicine for the social side (despite technical advances). Firefighting or anything that involves difficult navigation should be OK for some. Artistic hobbies are still fine for self-expression. Many great creative types weren't paid all that much for their artistic passions, although we could probably find notable exceptions.

Surprisingly, a lot of artists make a pretty good grift on the back of "no AI was involved in the creation of this content."
The kinds of people that commission art for non-utilitarian means are exactly the kinds of people that will pay extra if it comes with badge that says their money is going to a "good" cause.

Imagine if work was not necessary and it had never been. Imagine if there was some species of companion species to man, some docile hominid that eats grass, drinks from puddles and can till the fields, build houses and calculate your taxes. These hominids dont request payment, they work for fun. Imagine how life would have been if these existed.
Ask yourself how people would have survived in a world where they didnt have to work. Selling your labor to others isnt an option, the value of labor is zero.
What would you do, better yet, what did your parents do? No one has jobs in this world.

My suggestion is to get into electrical work/automation to help advance automation on a physical level. I'm personally trying to get into robotics right now.

Post scarcity isn't going to happen overnight, we still gotta get bread to eat during this phase. And even still, people work to find purpose and meaning regardless.

We'd still need to find a way to distribute finite resources. And people are going to come up with whatever means to decide that they need/deserve more resources than their neighbor. And whatever system is in place to arbitrate those situations is going to be far from infallible.

It's arguably a more oppressive scenario where resources end up distributed on a basis that ends up simplifying to "how much do people subjectively like you" rather than anything transactional. Subjection to high school bullying becomes a sentence to a life of poverty.

Robots are 5-10 years away and they won't be cheap until 20 years. Plumbing or installing HVAC is a good choice

bluepilled, let me teach you
AI is a tool for the benefit of humanity (it isn't but it should, let's prettend), best actors movie directors artists and programmers willingly collaborate to improve it even further
see? a better world is possible

in the hands of these greedy fucks? doubtful, they want to have billion dollars worth super yatchs, and they don't want the common pleb to have them and bother them in their pedosatanic orgies

Someone has to own the grass and the puddles for the hominids. Because you cant work to make money to buy land, i think you know where this is going

You can ask the hominids to build you a yatch. The issue is, the hominids cant make new beaches. They can work in mines and produce aluminum, oil or any other resource, but they wont produce new land with minerals.
How would such land be procured?
How do animals procure, territory? There may be a hint, wink, in nature.

your post doesn't make sense

whether you are obsolete or not, or how much money you'll earn in any given year, isn't determined by AI, your government, yourself, or anything other than HaShem

You can't. Anyone who says there is something that AI won't be able to find a way to automatize (when used by the "right" people) is either coping or has an agenda, or is just foolish. But of course, not wanting to die = being a luddite so there. You can pat yourself on the back for not being a dirty luddite for a few years, but only if your finances allow it. Or not, they don't care either way.

they are literally called pleb. or goy cattle as some are calling them.
>but they get paid
I mean, minimum to keep them alive. you need to pay AI robots in electricity.
they already have this. they are just trying to make it even cheaper and more reliable by replacing them with AI robots
>everyone will have
what? WHAT? ahahahahha no. not everyone, because there's no reason for it
>muh values and shit
look, you as pleb have nothing to bargain with, or no power to demand such a thing. you will have no power to demand being kept alive. what are you going to do? fight? shit your pants? not work anymore? what? what could you possibly do that will be worth it for them to keep you alive, and waste all of THEIR resources? do you own land and mines and oil fields? do you own means of production? do you own energy sources? do you own technology that is helpful for them at that point? no? what do you think will keep you alive?
do you even understand what kept us alive so far? think it was the goodness of their hearts? or the fact that they were farming us?
some people are SO oblivious to the actual state of things
>>

>fight? shit your pants?
Might be possible to avoid civil unrest if demographic collapse happens fast enough, you want prices for land (with prices measured in typical wages) to remain low enough to make war for land unprofitable.
