I think its cool to have one single frontend to speak to all instruments but this always 100% fails in practice because there are details you cannot configure via the unified frontend that matter. Essentially they are selling pymeasure as a service and pymeasure sucks ass. If they want to speed up scientific produce free FEM tools that are easy to setup perform well on standard hardware and work correctly.
