Hi anon, /fit/ anon here. Various anabolics are used in therapies for muscle wasting diseases. Certain selective androgen receptor modulators were created for this very reason but are not cleared for use yet in medicine, but are responsible for hoards of teenagers disrupting their endocrine systems to get jacked.
The issue with gear is it does pretty much always come with sides. Even varieties that's minimize it like sarms.
Heck anon you don't think part of the reason guys get on trt is to retain or regain muscle mass?
