black tea, sons
it's good for creativity (I guess because of alpha waves and shit?)

>nootropics general

Ah yes, because the Chinese are the most creative people on Earth.

chinese drink green tea though

I think green tea is similar to black tea.

Very interesting counter-point. I think culture plays a big part in that. But the Chinese have produced many culturally significant philosophies, like taoism, confucianism and mohism. And many other things.

>I know all about Chinese capabilities because my government's ministry of information and its compliant media organs explained them to me
Isn't it funny how the Chinese are simultaneously portrayed as subhuman bug people with no creativity and as a serious existential threat to American technological and military dominance? That raises no red flags for you, or makes you question your received narratives? Have you heard it said that pride goeth before a fall?

Darjeeling is super nice. An ordinary Sencha is good for hard mental work.

Chinese green tea is a little different from Japanese green tea..

Both have caffeine and L-theanine. In this way, they're similar. Similar composition of other substances too, probably.

all tea from the east is loaded with heavy metals and illegal pesticdes. There are zero controls. Trust me on this, I knew a guy who owned a tea importing biz IN china. The term "organic" is always a lie. sorry, tea sisters.
