A company has designed and tested an AI with the physical ability to create nanomaterials. How do you personally model your probability of surviving the near future? Let us set aside the longterm future.

Technotrooned civilization goylems have constant wet dreams about killing everyone on the planet but they're just going to wipe themselves out. Life goes on. Homo domesticus was never a relevant species.

That's *only* $50m of hardware. Bargain.

>physical ability to create nanomaterials
they are just mixing powders and heating them up. They could have just used a python script for that as well and combined it with a genetic algorithm.
I find this a very shitty definition of nanomaterials I know there is no *real* definition but it feels like a scam. Imagine what a real science team could do with 300m funding.

In the context of semi large companies that is not that much if it will be useful over the next few years.

what does one thing have to do with each other?
your imagination creates your own bogeyman to justify your failure in life with fear of something that hasn't even happened nor will happen

Plus all of the people that made the decisions on what to actually try next. and prompted the AI. and funded it. and enabled it.
The modern world is sad. This guy is unironically bragging about human in the loop. so clueless.
