How come science hasn't fixed roads forming potholes yet can send people to the moon and harness nuclear energy?
>>17055502We obviously are incapable of sending men to the moon or harnessing nuclear energy.
>>17055502We lost the technology.
>>17055502It's a surprisingly hard problem. However we've had the materials and technology for a long time but the reason is cost. It just doesn't make economic sense. Who's going to pay if road laying is a 100 times more expensive?
>>17055550Who pays now?And how do you get to the road store if no roads have been built yet?
>>17055552That's what your taxes pay for.
>>17055554>your taxesOn my NEETBux? A whopping 0.0% on $0.00.I see why your roads are fucked. I was supposed to pay for them and forgot. Fucking hysterical. Sorry. You’ll need to search elsewhere for your Princess.
>>17055502Foreign competition is more important than homes and pot holes if it affects their economy overall.
>>17055565>You cannot fix your automobile’s alignment during the Olympics! What?
Roads built according all the standarts and properly maintained will last for decades without any patholes. Even in shitty climates like russia. It's just that a corruption has a place and road construction companies neglect everything we know about the construction technologies. Often use a low quality asphalt. It's often done on a purpose to make more on road repairs in the future.
