Relativity hinges on conventions. His main critique is a strawman, where he thinks physicists claim that only Einstein's conventions work and that other conventions are being swept under the rug because of some conspiracy. When he claims "Einstein was wrong", or "relativity is wrong", he actually means "using a different set of conventions yields the same result".
There's also some parts where he's embarrassingly wrong, for example:

His second channel also exposes him as being somewhat of a chud, which explains his hate boner for Einstein and his obsession to get rid of modern interpretations of GR/SR/certain parts of QM
