anyone here who has a home chemistry lab? is it reasonable to set up something like that in the living room?

>>17059737>living roomlolsure you can do some partytricks and stuff that you'd teach a 10 year old, but if you want to do anything serious, you want a dedicated workspace with tilled floor, a solid worktable, ideally with a flow hood, a sink, a good amount of storage and its nice to have a gas line and pressurized air. also depending on where you live, everything is more or less regulated to hell these days. you might have trouble sourcing even basic chems without running a business that has a good reason for purchasing it and even labglas can be hard to get
