I droped out 1st year of highschool to seel drugs and I feel more qualified than the professionals most of the time. Since the society became more matriarchal people become less and less independant and self reliant, because of this most people are sheep and don't challenge ideas that are given to them. Maybe it was the same thing years ago but it really show now. You can't even trust professional because they are not neccessarly good at what they are doing.
