I always felt insane amounts of jealousy over kids who were better in math. Knowing that most of them will get blocked by AI and will never have the careers they wanted...it honestly feels like God is smiting all my enemies for me.
I always made fun of nerds and bet them up as a kid. Knowing they are a failure due to our conditioning, they can seethe and loath and help us in their jail cells forever. (Just joking I'm a nerd)

Genuinely gifted math students get channeled into Math undergrad majors, and unless you are especially shekel-inclined you will be funneled into the Math PhD path which is basically a small pond filled with big old fat fish and you get eaten quite quickly unless you are some sort of larva anaconda or something. It is legitimately not a pleasant life for mathbros coming out of undergrad or grad school; much better to be into physics or compsci.Being a math person is a lot like being a musician in a way; there is a huge group of people competing with you for no money because of love for the game. If you enjoy it then fine, but I won’t expect for you to make it big (and honestly your chances might be higher being a shitty musician in the end)
