Does school stifle creativity and make you stupider?
>>
No. Nothing can change who you are. Your creativity is innate. You either have it or you don't. Your experiences don't effect your creative power.

Only if you choose not to rebel

I think school is good for maybe Kindergarten through grade 9 or 10 (Referencing the american system)

Once into high school I think many boys might benefit more from moving into technical school, trade schools, apprenticeships, or just learning from their dad.

Going higher, does undergrad education benefit everyone who goes through it? Probably not. I know lots of guys who got an undergrad degree and who years later are either unemployed or doing something completely unrelated to their education (sports betting, video game streaming, etc)

the higher-ed industry is over-inflated and people considering going into it should really analyze their career paths first. For some it is good but on the whole I think it mostly leads to people postponing life and having an arrested development where they are not able to realize their full income or family potential as quickly as they could and end up just delaying their whole life by 4 or (many) more years

i know this sounds like what some stupid hick from alabama would say. But I am lot that, I have Ivy league credentials and the like. it is real and not just a brainlet cope meme

Yes, because it motivates people to conform to retarded surface-level garbage "knowledge" instead of being curious.
>>
Yes if you just follow the system and get into some PhD and do research there it will just be forced to do exactly what your supervisor always did with 1 extra new step

To be creative and innovative with science and research you often have to tank a lot of hard times rebelling against the normal path

If you don’t make it through you’ll be remembered as a retard schizo if you make it through it you’ll be remembered as a creative genius
>>
No not really. I realized this cause being smart, creative, and knowledgeable are all completely different things.
If you're lazy you won't be creative. I'm very lazy and so I actually spend most of my life procrastinating. I've accepted it because I don't really care.
If you're stupid you can still be knowledgeable but it will take more time and energy.
Everyone is born ignorant so that's something we all have in common from birth. But not all of us are smart or creative that's completely genetic or psychological.
So for the psychological part does school stifle creativity and cause stupidity? No because it will only stifle you're creativity by eating your time if you're stupid but creative. But that required you're already stupid.
More likely to be injurious is to be poor, but even broke 3rd worlders have smart phones so to be honest there is not much excuse if you're not doing something. The fact is you're either fucking stupid or lazy.
Though is it completely non-injurious? No. Frankly it should probably stop after basic reading, writing, and math. Let's just say 8th grade. Anything after that is frankly dangerous.
But it's not dangerous cause it makes you retarded compared to other people, it's makes you retarded because it regresses you to the mean. Therefore to be normal and common is the real measure of retardation and lack of creativity. It's a NULL value.

Completely wrong on everything you said

I think its biggest fault is making learning so boring that it makes children who should be full of wonder about the world turn their brain off for life. How we havent fixed this glaring problem in over 100 years is beyond me
>>
not if you were already stupid, this is the opposite side of the coin with whether books make you smarter, you don't take an example that applies to the top 0.1% and apply it to midwits and normies

Yes, to a degree. But i think actual school can also actually be positive with good teachers, they bring new perspectives the parents did not give you. And they can help you to think freely.
But what i really think stifles creativity and makes you stupider is to memorize many things all day. Memorizing some things is good, but school and especially university is overdoing it so much that it kills intelligence and creativity.

Of course not, a degree automagically makes you smarter.

Funnily enough, that is what soientists midwits think.

Yes, people coming from third world countries are not nearly as creative as white people. Obviously chinese are pretty bad when it comes to creativity.

It is on purpose. A way to keep the masses atheistic, liberal and materialistic.
