Why is this the case? It isn't anywhere else

“Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good.”

Incorrect on both accounts, please delete your thread.

Sometimes a coincidence is just a coincidence.

The moon was artificially created by extraterrestrials millenia ago

Don't think about it and definitely don't fucking question it, OR ELSE

It's sort of true but not completely true. In the past, the Moon was closer to Earth and easily blocked out the Sun. At some point in the future, it won't be able to block the Sun to a significant degree. Which means at some point, it has to be at the point where it almost perfectly blocks the Sun. We happen to exist at that point in time. Back in 1986 we happened to exist when Halley's Comet had its worst approach to Earth in over 2000 years. Sometimes happenstance works in your favor, sometimes it fucks you.

I can give you the default answer ("it's a coincidence") or the schizo answer that no one will believe but is likely true. This is careful design.

>Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. Revelation 12
This sun system hasn't always been like this. Earth once orbited Saturn. Earth and Saturn -> same water isotopes and axial tilt. After the events described in Revelation 12 the capture event (Saturn -> Sol) took place. This happened in preparation for the end. The entire sun system was re-arranged. You can see two groups of axial tilts in the image. The celestial bodies of saturnian origin and those who belong to the sun.
>Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. Luke 21:33, 2 Peter 3:9-13, etc
You need a stronger sun to cook satan.
>Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. Revelation 21:1

That doesn't feel right here. The brightest objects we see every day just happen for no physical reason to be the same size in our sky...?
>>
>>17069595
>The moon was artificially created by extraterrestrials millenia ago
This.
The terraforming of earth is the biggest megaproject ever devised in the universe.
The moon was created as an observation and staging area for the earth megaproject.
I'm sure they think its hilarious to know we are educated to believe earth's environment and life just evolved on its own with physics and time.

Have you ever actually been outside? Both the moon and the sun vary in size almost all the time, retard.

WE CAAARRY THE FLAAAAAME

>why
because god declared it to be true
>>

It keeps moving away due to tidal forces on Earth, in a few billion years then we become tidal locked. And the Earth and moon wouldn't spin anymore.

That's a necessity of elliptical orbits which are, themselves, a physical necessity. But on average the sun and the moon appear the same size to within 3%.

Since according to NASA at https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/planetary/factsheet/sunfact.html and https://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/planetary/factsheet/moonfact.html,
the sun has a diameter of 1,391,400 km, the moon a diameter of 3,474.8 km, the sun is 149,600,000 km away, and the moon is 384,400 km away.

So they're going to match to within 3% on average.
>>
>>17069574
>Why is this the case?
It's probably because of a guy who lives in the sky.

the moon does not exist... space is incredibly fake and gay... the reason both sun and moon appear same size in the thing we call the sky is so the hoax spends less energy on the illusion.
>>
>>17069574
>it isn't anywhere else
What? Of course it is. We have other perfect examples here in the solar system. Here:

>It isn't anywhere else

You can’t possibly be this retarded
>>

There are no other confirmed planets where a total solar eclipse can happen. It’s probably quite rare. So the fact that total solar eclipses can happen on the one planet where intelligent life exists is quite interesting.
>>
>>17070860
>other perfect examples
There's nothing spectacular about one of jupiter's many turd shaped moon briefly occulting the sun which isso distant its angular diameter is 5x smaller and magnitude 20x dimmer than is seen from earth.
That's nothing compared to a planet with only a single large moon which spherically overlaps the sun, a sight so spectacular even the animals freak out.
>>
>>17069707
>So they're going to match to within 3% on average.
it's still not perfect. why is 3% in the divine range? why doesn't the divine range start at 2%? or 10%? who decides what is the divine range?
who decides what is a divine chance? you walk to your job in the morning and forgot your wallet or whatever and ask god for 20 bucks to get a sammich and coffee and in 5 minutes you find 20 bucks on the ground. is it god? or is it chance? why isn't it chance?
where is the divine chance threshold? how did you come up with it? why not a bit higher or lower instead of precisely what you came up with?
think of all the shit that could have been a "coinquidink" yet isn't. why isn't it? why isn't everything a coinquidink? apropos of the anthropic principle in a sorts of way.

because of your line of thinking we have piece of shit people with power doing a lot of horrible shit because they use the same line of reasoning
>how come it is ME in this position? that means something. god chose me. I am a piece of shit and I wanna do horrible shit to people, thus god wants me to do that, so that justifies me doing horrible shit to other people because otherwise I wouldn't be in the position to do it
literally every single fucking piece of shit with the least bit of power goes there.
