I need to write a comprehensive paper as part of the admissions process for a full scholarship. I'm currently on stage 3 of 4 of said process, having successfully progressed through the previous two. The problem I have is that quite a lot of the papers I need to access are behind paywalls. I've already checked SciHub/SciDB/SciNet and Machine Library, together they have maybe 40% coverage. Where else can I look?

>>17076348you can repay me by answering the thread question
>>17076348No.
>>17076348Yes.
>>17076348Perhaps.
>>17076348Maybe
can you retards stop posting about japanese porn and answer my question
>>17076335Sci-Hub is your best bet.
>>17076364OK, I'm the guy who responded initially, what paper do you need? Also if you're not enrolled you have a good and direct way of communicating. That's an old school skill.
>>17076382I need like 120 papers which I can't find. I'm doing a meta-analysis, and I kinda can't mention them specifically since I'll be way too identifiable in my field. They're mostly cardiology-related.
>>17076387Is there a way you can phrase in which a local college student who might have access can help you?
>decides to write a paper he can't get data forA blunt anon would say they wouldn't accept someone to their uni who chooses a topic they can't get data on, and tell you to choose another topic. But I am not like that.
>>17076387Work at mickey'D's for few weeks and buy the access? Rework the topic so you don't need 120 papers as sources? Just make shit up? If this is the part that stumps you what are you even doing going to school for?
>>17076348I do not know
>>17076348Can you repeat the question?
>>17076335damn that girl is mesmerizing. sauce?
>>17076335It's awful that science is still paywalled in 2026, it should all be freely available to everyone.
>>17076748it was given already
>>17076335Anna's Library? Not sure about overlap. Might also ask on X, like it was done manually for a while (I can haz paper...)What papers do you need.
>>17076335With Researchgate you can contact authors directly for a copy and they mostly will send you submission copy. But 120 papers is quite a number.
>>17076335Go to a university library. Visitors generally get free on-site access to journal and databases.
>>17076367no
>>17076335Ask AI to summarise each missing paper individually.>>17077810Also this. At the very least the library may have physical copies you can consult, if you can't access the database
>>17076335Do you not have access to your previous institutions leanlibrary or equivalent proxy extension? I still do lol
>>17076335Google scholar often has free preprint versions of papers. Search for it and choose "show all versions"
