all health advice and routines are bullshit, including nutrition and sleep and all of it. Aging is the culprit behind all health complications, and nothing can stop this preprogrammed breakdown of your body once it starts happening at 25/26
>>17078265Kek you got it so backwards but go on with what you think doesnt matter
>>17078280a chad can eat nothing but pizza and junk all thru college and up until 25 and still look amazing. Then everything with his body starts falling apart. Same goes for pulling all nighters and binge drinking etc. This alone proves the point. The ones who live ultra meticulously healthy and the ones who do wtv they want have pretty much the same outcomes, with only like a 5 year difference in longevity at the tail end (years no one wants or gives a shit about). Not even so much in life quality.Your body takes whatever you throw at it in youth and channels it into positive growth. Then it starts killing you after reproductive maturity has been reached. No amount of protocols really makes a dent in this
>>17078300eat heaps of icecream op and enjoy your theory
>>17078342if your theory was true then you could just regenerate yourself indefinitely with peak health practices. Reality is everyone rapidly goes to shit after like late 20s. Sure they cling on for another 60 years or so, but youre living in a corpse that no longer builds itself, no matter what you feed it
>>17078300A chad had great childhood nutrition. The rest is not true.>>17078345>i can only think of two extremesRetard
>>17078265>Aging is the culpritno its not being vaccinated
>>17078265Leadanon here. The other way round - we disintegrate because we fail to reach our mature state. You know how there is supposedly the germ line, and the somatic line? It seems that all the DNA we know is the germ line, and it's supposed to unpack possibly according to some environmental factor, but it needs chromium to do so. The iron accumulation and cadmium deficiency and most of the stuff I wrote about also requires chromium. I didn't bother too much with it because it's ubiquitous, but it turns out it's pretty hard for life to mobilize, and divalent iron washes it down. We may need to take it as hexavalent. Take care, and keep on living.
